University of Manchester

A great university, with a student village where all the majority of halls of residences are based so its easy to socialize and meet people. Manchester has great nightlife, and a wide variety of student nights to suit all music tastes, the university itself although very big, its easy to find your way around and my course is very well organised and structured.

Most of my classes are very small so there is a lot of tutor- student interaction which increases my level of learning. Tutors spend a lot of extra time in helping you , if there are any problems you have with understanding something or advice as to how to write your essays and exam technique etc.

My Halls of residence in the first year 'Owens Park' enabled me to meet a lot of different types of people and engage in lots of activities and socials. Since then Ive always had a really active social life, and there are a lot of good nights out, bars and house parties to go to around the student areas.

Manchester University has great facilities, with a large library and 3 really good gyms and sport centres.

Manchester is very student friendly and the prices of going out, transport and food are very reasonable
